Hello, today i´m gonna talk about my
favorite food. Actually, there are many foods that I like very much: french
fries, spaghetti, meat, rice, Mexican food and many other meals.
But my favorite food above all type of
foods in the world is Burger King. The most delicious combo fast food in this
restaurant is named “Doble Rodeo King”. This burger has double cheese, onion
rings, barbecue sauce double hamburger and, obviously, bread. Always accompanied
by French fries and a big glass of Coca-Cola or Pepsi, but I prefer the first
one.
I have to admit that all Mondays of the year,
I go to Burger King with my university friends and we eat fast food. And for
that reason my mom always said to me that I will become a fat young man.
I know that feeding is very important,
because like nutricionist say: “you´re what you eat” and is unhealthy eat fast
food every day. In this way, is very important to combine food with sport and
outdoor activities. Because is the only way to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Good post, but do you think that eating fast food you can maintain a healthy diet or lifestyle? I don't think so, but to eat a big hamburger once in a while doesn't make any harm. Well done!
